Dynamic and friendly law firm seeks Admin Asst to work in an interesting legal environment. You'll work to assist the lawyers by meeting and greeting clients, answering busy phones and taking detailed messages, making meeting arrangements, scanning documents, filing, faxing, and typing documents on MS Word. Any experience with Dictaphone, legal background or a college degree would be a BIG plus- but not a must. This is NOT an entry level job, so we require at least 3 years experience as an Administrative Assistant. We offer benefits and perks. This is a permanent job available immediately and you must be able to work from 9am-5pm Monday thru Friday in mid-town Manhattan.
