Receptionist / Administrative Assistant at Graphic Design Firm

Exciting Graphic Design Firm seeks Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to work in a fast paced environment. You'll assist the managers by meeting and greeting clients, answering busy phones and taking detailed messages, making meeting arrangements, working on projects, filing, faxing, and creating documents on MS Word. Any knowledge of Quickbooks, Excel or a college degree would be a BIG plus- but not a must. There is room to grow with our firm, BUT THIS IS NOT A TECHIE JOB. We offer benefits and perks. This is a permanent job available immediately and you must be able to work from 9am-5pm Monday thru Friday
