Legal Resume:

A legal resume usually contains different types of legal experience, such as administrative or legal accomplishments, and a law degree, usually known as a Juris Doctor. There are different levels of the law profession. For example, law student, partner, and attorney. A resume for a law student would most likely include what level of education they have, their law degree and the law school they currently attend. It should also include some type of law experience, such as being a legal assistant or doing a clerkship.

A sample resume for a law student shows Jenny has a Bachelor Degree and is currently attending New York College of Law. She might also have experience as a Legal Assistant and Coordination Analyst.

A resume for a Partner would most likely include law experience along with legal accomplishments and a Juris Doctor, also known as a Law Degree. A sample resume for a partner might show she or he has successfully prosecuted many cases.

A resume for an attorney would usually include experience handling various legal transactions for different companies and interpreting and implementing laws and policies. An attorney's resume might show he or she has handled major commercial transactions for bank clients and assisted in developing and implementing policy positions on county real estate transactions.
