Non-Profit Organization Seeks Administrative Assistant

Non-Profit Organization to benefit children seeks Administrative Assistant to work in an interesting environment. You'll assist the managers, meet and greet clients, answer busy phones and take detailed messages, make meeting arrangements, work on projects, filing, faxing, and creating documents on MS Word. Any knowledge of Quickbooks, Excel or a college degree would be a BIG plus- but not a must. There is room to grow with our firm, BUT THIS IS NOT A SOCIAL WORKER OR GRANT WRITER JOB. We offer benefits and perks. This is a permanent job available immediately and you must be able to work from 9am-5pm Monday thru Friday.
