I want you to do MY resume! How does the process work?

To give you the best resume, we need to get to know you. While some firms use either a short questionnaire OR a phone interview, we do BOTH!

1) First we start with our questionnaire which will ask you questions about your career goals and experiences. Although the questionnaire is optional, we have found that those who complete it seem to get jobs faster than those who don't. If you have an electronic version of your existing resume, we will ask for a copy. However, a personal consultation with one of our Resume Specialists will be necessary for us to really get an idea of how to best market you to employers, so we will schedule an IN-DEPTH phone interview within 24 hours to go over your questionnaire answers and make sure we know everything needed to make you stand out!

2) We will then prepare a draft resume and return it to you within 2 business days (IF YOU NEED YOUR RESUME SOONER, RUSH SERVICE IS AVAILABLE)

3) Finalize your resume with your Resume Specialist and receive your completed version and cover letter.

You do not have prices listed. How much do you charge?

Unlike other resume writing services, we don't display "canned" price lists, that "nickel and dime" for all the so-called extras. Your complete project is given thoughtful consideration and your Resume Specialist will develop one complete package price for you and discuss payment options.

What is included with my order price?

A personal telephone consultation with one of our Resume Specialists, a customized and complete written resume and cover letter, an electronic version of the resume formatted in Microsoft Word.

I am still employed! Will you keep my resume and personal information private?

Absolutely! Our main concern is our clients' confidentiality. For this reason, we do not even publish "sample" resumes of our work on our website. Any information you provide us with will only be used for the purpose of creating YOUR resume.
